What types of back pain do you treat?

We treat chronic and acute back pain, sciatica, slipped discs, trapped nerves, lumbar pain and muscle-related back issues. Our approach focuses on relieving pain and improving movement.

How can osteopathy help relieve back pain?

Osteopathy helps by improving joint mobility, reducing muscle tension and addressing underlying postural or mechanical causes of pain. Treatment also promotes the body’s natural healing ability.

Do I need surgery for back pain?

Most clients do not require surgery. Many cases of back pain can be treated effectively with osteopathy or physiotherapy, which often provides long-term relief without invasive procedures.

How quickly will I feel relief?

Many patients notice improvement after the first session. For chronic or long-term issues, a short treatment plan may be recommended to restore movement and reduce pain.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We visited Scott for our two year old daughter today, she wasn’t the easiest patient but he couldn’t have shown her more kindness and patience. Scott went through our concerns thoroughly and did his very best to assess our daughter and took his time to thoroughly explain everything to us. The clinic was also lovely and welcoming. Thank you!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The clinic has a friendly, professional atmosphere, and the level of care and attention I received was outstanding. Blane took the time to listen carefully, explain everything clearly, and ensure I was comfortable throughout my appointment. I left feeling reassured, well cared for, and genuinely confident in the treatment and advice provided.
I also regularly use the clinic's podiatry service, which has been equally excellent. Lloyd is knowledgeable, thorough, and always provide first-class care. Overall, Scott Osteopathic & Health Clinic offers exceptional healthcare services delivered by a great team. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional, friendly, and effective treatment.
